Policies

Returns accepted only on defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for return authorization information. A replacement or store credit will be issued. We do not issue credit card refunds except for in the rare case of an item error or an out of stock item.

All US orders ship priority mail. Canada is air mail or priority based upon weight. Most  orders ship within 24 hours on weekday. In case of questions or problems we will email you first to make contact and then call if necessary. We do not substitute any items without speaking with the customer first.

All personal  and credit card infomation  will be used solely

for the purpose of purchases made thru Cowgirl And Company and will

not be shared with any third parties.
